Andy has over 25 years of experience as a Director of Engineering and Chief Engineer in single large properties in both office and hospitality managing large campuses with project management of renovations and compliance issues. He also has portfolio management in guiding and supervising large teams for preventative maintenance programs and streamlined operations of plants and facilities. Andy’s focus on portfolio engineering was instrumental in streamlining operations and enhancing building systems across the extensive property portfolio. Andy’s technical aspects like plumbing and electrical systems as well as operations management are only matched by his strategic negotiations that ensure facility management aligns with organizational goals. Andy received his BA from CSU-Dominguez Hills and his MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Andy is also a Certified Facility Manager® (CFM®) from IFMA and is also a veteran of the United States Army and California National Guard.
